  1. Dear Oreo Stackers,
We are a fifth grade class from Harwich, Massachusetts. We liked watching your Oreo video. It was interesting to see how your classroom is the same and different from ours. Oreo stacking looked like a fun project. We are thinking about trying it ourselves. Please visit our blog when you have time.

    Dear Mrs. Schmidt’s class,
Don’t be afraid to write on the desks with dry erase markers. The writing does come off the desks. We used paper towel or small white board erasers. Any shadow of ink that is left after dry erasing will come off easily with a wet wipe or spray cleaner. It can be fun to live near the beach. We need to be careful of sharks, crabs, and some other ocean creatures. It’s important to notice the tide. If it is low tide you need to watch your things as the tide comes in or your stuff will get wet and may float away. Living near the beach keeps our weather comfortable. In the winter there are not as many people around and the beaches are very pretty even though it is cold. Our area is exciting because you can go on whale watches where you can see whales up close!
We have some people in our class who have been to Hershey Park, PA. What town in PA do you live in? Did hurricane Irene visit your town? What does your town look like and what kind of weather do you have?
We accept your Oreo challenge. We’re beginning to collect Oreos and can’t wait to stack more than 18!
    Your Cape Cod friends,
    Ms Hanna’s class
