This year my 3rd grade students at St. Ignatius School took part in an International Peace Day Video along with 19 other schools from 10 different countries including Germany, Guatemala, Malaysia, New Delhi, Australia, Greece, Venezuela, Ireland, India and the USA.  Special thanks to Lisa Parisi and Our Global Friendships for making it all happen!

My school had a great time participating in the Armed with the Arts International Peace Day for September 2014. Besides making peace cranes to exchange with another country and having a prayer service, we also took part in their “Right to Peace” sing-a-long along with thousands of others from 154 countries. What a fun experience! Hope you enjoy the video!
